Petru Culeac, MA

Short Biography
Currently I am a PhD researcher at the Vienna School of Governance at the University of Vienna. Currently my research work is focused on the post-socialist Governance and political parties in Moldova and issues related to authoritarianism and electoral behavior of the citizens.

I am a graduate of the University of Wyoming, USA, where I received my MA degree in International affairs. My previous graduate and undergraduate studies were in Nice, France and Chisinau, Moldova. I also participated in a series of international conferences. My fields of interest are: political parties, popular movements, masses and leadership behavior, governance, democratization, etc. The long term goals are to work in the academic field and get involved in the politics of Moldova. My spare time is dedicated to socializing with my friends, reading a good book, listening to music or playing guitar. I also enjoy very much hiking, climbing, karate, etc.
